Below is a list of our
service unit's forms. Our council also provides forms online, and Girl Scouts of
the USA provides most frequently used forms in Girl Scouting.
Finance
- Annual Troop Finance Report - Please
complete and submit two (2) copies of
the
“Annual Troop Finance Report” along with a
copy
of your
troop's May (or latest) bank statement.
- Troop Bank Account Record - If
your troop has not already changed the name and
troop number
on your troop bank account, you need to complete the “Troop
Bank Account Record” and hand it in to Kris P. or Norma P.
- W-9 Form - The W-9 form included
in the Finances/Bank Accounts Manual is incorrect.
Please use this W-9
form when updating your troop checking account with the bank.

Our service unit has a
library! The library is for your use and contains materials collected
that may assist you in working with your troops (handbooks, songbooks,
books with games, etc.). Items may be checked out at a Service Unit
Meeting and returned at the next meeting.
